Return and Exchange Policy

TOSS – The One Stop Shop

At TOSS, we’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., underwear, earrings, etc.)


🔄 Exchanges

We’ll gladly replace items if:

  • They arrive defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To start an exchange, please contact us at pricelesssalesandmarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


📬 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at pricelesssalesandmarketing@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return or exchange

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company (some processing delays may occur)
